The Turin DF64V is an advanced upgrade from the DF64, featuring more durable burrs and a powerful, variable-speed motor. It offers a wide range of grind settings and zero-retention design for precise dosing, all while operating quietly.

Powerful and Quiet

With a 300W motor that adjusts from 600 to 1800 RPM, the DF64V provides efficient grinding with minimal noise. The rotary knob and LED display make speed adjustments easy, and even at full speed, it remains quietly unobtrusive.

Enhanced Grinding

Designed for zero retention, the DF64V ensures fresh grounds every time, thanks to its streamlined build and bellow system. The new magnetic popcorning device prevents beans from bouncing, improving grind uniformity. The static grind setting indicator replaces the old external ring, and you adjust the burr position by rotating the chamber.

Built to Last

The 64mm burrs feature DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating for durability, with a lifespan of at least 3000 KG. The DF64V also includes an innovative plasma generator in the dosing chute to reduce static and clumping, keeping your grind clean and your countertop mess-free.

Anti-popcorning device - A magnetic attachment within the grinding chamber prevents beans from jumping before hitting the burrs.

Upgradable - As you grow as a barista, you may choose to experiment with different burrs. The DLC flat burrs of the DF64V can be swapped out for SSP burrs if you like.
