Crafted entirely from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, including all internal components, the Venus is compatible with gas, electric, and induction stoves. Its versatile design allows you to use it on any burner or induction cooktop.

To brew, fill the bottom chamber with water up to the release level and add coffee to the stainless steel filter without tamping. Screw the Venus together and place it on the stove. When using a gas stove, ensure the flame doesn't exceed the base of the pot. The water pressure will increase, causing the valve to release and push water through the coffee grounds, eventually filling the top chamber. Once you hear a gurgling sound, your espresso is ready. Stir the coffee in the top chamber to balance the flavours and enjoy your Bialetti coffee.

Cleaning the Venus is simple. Avoid using a dishwasher, wire brush, or rough sponge. Instead, use a soft brush for best results.
